Delivery is FREE throughout UK Mainland and Northern Ireland when you spend over £60 excluding VAT.

 

Orders below £60 will incur a small delivery charge of £7.95 ex VAT. To ensure next day delivery, please place your orders before 4.30 pm. Orders placed throughout the weekend, will require an additional 24 hours for delivery.

While we to deliver 99% of all our orders, next day, once the products are in stock, from time to time that 1% of orders do take 2 days, So please try to allow as much time as possible when ordering product. And don't be too disappointed if the delivery does actually take that extra day.

We deliver to all Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight. Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, the Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly. We do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.

Returns Information

Every item you order, large or small, is guaranteed. Your satisfaction is important to us.

 

Some items are non returnable including Food & Beverage products. All relevant items contain details of this in their description.

 

Should you need to return items for any reason, please contact our helpdesk Info@Officeurope.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of order.

 

Additional Returns Information

Office Europe Ltd will endeavour to deliver customer orders in accordance with their requirements. However, there may be occasions when errors occur and Officeurope Ltd. will rectify any confirmed and agreed shortfalls or errors, at their expense. This will be deemed as full and final settlement and no further compensation will be considered. Officeurope Ltd. rely on the customer to provide correct size, quantity, and print details. Therefore, all orders should be confirmed via post, email or fax. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customer’s risk. Officeurope Ltd is unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. If you have a change of mind and simply wish to return goods, please contact us within 10 days after receipt of goods. All items must returned in a resalable condition, in their original packaging and include all the relevant paperwork.

 

How Will Your Order Be Despatched?

All orders will be dispatched directly to the address supplied by a reputable national carrier. Our computer-linked warehouse holds most items in stock. So don’t worry if your order comes incomplete, the balance of goods will follow shortly.

 

Your Consignment Must Be Checked Upon Arrival For:

 

a) Correct number of parcels

b) Signs of parcel abuse

c) Correct content of parcels

 

Please note, if the outside of a package or parcel looks damaged, sign, but state damaged on the carriers receipt as an added safeguard.

 

We regret we cannot entertain claims for missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 3 days of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has signed for the goods, at the consignment delivery point. This is necessary due to the very short period of time we have to claim against carriers for damage in transit, therefore your co-operation is vital in your own interest.

 

Please remember that couriers’ deliver weekdays between 9.00am and 4.00pm. If premises are likely to be unmanned, you should include instructions to guarantee an authorised signature will be available upon delivery. Unsuccessful deliveries may be subject to a charge being made if such instructions are not included with your order.

 

Lead-time Guidelines

Ordered items will be despatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), subject to availability.

 

Please note that certain items, such as furniture and bespoke products, may require an additional day or two for delivery  but you will be advised of this when you place your order.You will be kept informed of an exact delivery date. Selected items within the furniture ranges are self assembly. This will be noted in each items description.

 

 Any items not in stock will be delivered free of charge as soon as we receive them.

 

Certain products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. If your products are not immediately available, we will advise you of the delay and give you an estimated date of delivery. You can also choose to cancel the backorder if you would rather not wait.

 

You Received Damaged, Incorrect Or Unwanted Goods, What Do You Do?

You must advise our Sales Office in writing within 24 hours of receipt of such goods. Details of our Delivery Note numbers are essential. Contact us at info@Officeurope.co.uk

 

If you are not satisfied or your item is damaged, please click here to email us as soon as possible after receipt of goods. We will arrange to collect the items and a replacement will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Please include full details of the problem along with the relevant invoice number. Please note that the carriers cannot accept items for return without the relevant paperwork. This will be issued to you directly from our office and we will arrange to have the goods returned.

 

Availability

All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products.
