I've never heard of Office Europe before, who are you?
We're a new online office supply and office furniture company rebranded from Office1web.co.uk servicing the UK & Ireland. OfficEurope is the fastest growing office products business in the world bringing unbeatable value and service to you the customer.
How do I start using Officeurope.co.uk?
Simply register as a customer. If you're registering as a business, we can even give you a 30-day credit facility. All you need do is fill in our application form.
Do you have a call back service?
Yes we do. Whether you want help making the right selection of product, or advice on placing your order, one of our highly experienced advisers will be only too happy to help.

What if I have a complaint about your service?
Then we'd really like to know about it. You can contact us by email, by phoning our Customer Services Supervisor, or in writing.
We guarantee any problem will be looked into and you'll receive a response within five working days.

Your Account, Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Easy peasy! Simply select the products you want by clicking on the "Add" icon nest to them.
If this is your first shopping experience with OfficEurope, you'll be prompted to create an account. Easy-peasy - just follow the required steps to register/open an account and fill in the details. This will save you having to re-enter your details next time you place an order. Alternatively, if you have already registered, simply login and checkout as normal.
How do I view or print a previous order?
Simply log in to your account where you will see an Order Management option that stores all your order history.
You can use this tool to simply repeat a previous order saving you the time of having to look for all your products again.
How can I change my order?
If you have already submitted the order, we can't amend it but you can simply place an additional order for the products you need.
Just remember that delivery is free for all orders over £60.00 excluding VAT.
If you have ordered an incorrect product by mistake, please contact us to arrange a collection. No problem!
Can I pay by credit card?
We accept Visa Credit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, UK Electron and Delta.
Can I pay by cheque?
If you forward a copy of your order along with the cheque to our offices we will dispatch your order once payment is received.
How do I open a business account?
No problem! Just fill in the straight forward online application form and we will be in touch when your application has been approved.
Don't let this hold up your day because you can still continue to shop and we will send your order out as soon as your account has been opened.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can set-up as many delivery addresses as you like to make ordering as easy as possible. To change your delivery address just login to your account and from your account homepage click on 'Delivery Addresses'. Edit your details and click save.
Will you keep me aware of special offers?
Absolutely! We love saving you time and money! Click here to register for our email offers and we will keep you updated on our latest promotions, services & new products.
You can unsubscribe from this service at any stage ...but we will be devastated to lose you!
Delivery & Returns
There's something missing from my order?
Please stay calm... just contact us to report the shortage. There are a couple of reasons why this has happened. Perhaps the product may not have been in stock (which doesn't happen very often) and will follow on as soon as it becomes available at no extra cost to you. If this cause problems for you, please let us know immediately and we will sort it asap!
I've received an item that I didn't want?
Again, please just contact us. Unfortunately, the driver cannot take back the goods until we've been notified. We'll issue a returns authorisation to you and the goods will be collected within 3 working days.
I've changed my mind about a product?
No problem. Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and let us know you want to return it. You can do this by contacting email@example.com or call us on 0709 285 7760. All we ask is that the items returned are fit for immediate re-sale and they are in the original packaging along with all the relevant instructions and paperwork. Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable - including food and beverage products.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hrs if it has been made before 5pm Monday to Thursday. If it's made before 5pm Friday, you'll receive your order on Monday. If it's made after 5pm Friday or during the weekend, it'll take another 24 hours. Please note - certain items, such as furniture and bespoke products, may require a slightly longer time. We'll let you know their delivery time when you order.
How much will a delivery cost?
Delivery is free throughout the UK mainland and Northern Ireland when you spend over £60.00 excluding VAT. If you make an order below that level however, we'll need to make a small delivery charge of £7.95 excluding VAT.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. That way we can make sure you got it safe and sound. Our couriers deliver between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
What if an item isn't in stock?
If a product is not immediately available, we'll tell you straight away and give you an estimated time of delivery. If it's really urgent, you can easily cancel the order.
How will my order be sent?
We'll send your order directly to the address you supplied by a national delivery company. Larger and bespoke items may be sent directly from the supplier too, so don't worry if your order comes incomplete. We'll soon get the rest of your items to you.
Will anyone else get to see my details?
At Office1web.co.uk we take your privacy very seriously. We do not use your details for anything other than completing your OfficEurope/Officeurope.co.uk transactions. No information is passed on to another organisation.
